- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You are able to take care of yourself and are up and about more than half the day (ECOG 0 or 1).
- Your cancer has gotten worse after your last treatment, and you have a tumor that can be measured on a scan.

- Your blood counts, liver, and kidney function are within a certain healthy range.
