Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with PTSD
- You identify as a sexual or gender minority (SGM), such as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, or nonbinary
- You experience stress from SGM-related experiences that bothers you moderately
- If you take psychiatric medication, the dose has been stable for at least one month before joining
- You live in Massachusetts
