Who can take part
- You are already in the parent study and agreed to be contacted for more research.
- You can have an MRI scan (no metal in your body, no claustrophobia, able to lie still for 1 hour).
- You can have a PET scan (no conditions like diabetes, autoimmune disease, or medications that could affect the scan).
- Your weight is between about 100 and 275 pounds, and your BMI is between 18.5 and 35.
- You are willing to have a small tube in your arm and give up to 8 teaspoons of blood.
