Who can take part

  • You must be a male between 18 and 55 years old
  • You must fit one study group: cannabis use, schizophrenia/schizoaffective, prodrome for psychosis, PTSD, or opioid use disorder
  • If you’re in the cannabis group, you must be willing to stop all cannabis for 4 weeks before the scan
  • You must have no metal or device in your body that could be unsafe for scanning (like certain metal or a pacemaker)
  • You must not be claustrophobic (fear of enclosed spaces)
