Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You have advanced solid tumors that cannot be removed by surgery and have not responded to, or you cannot tolerate, other treatments.
  • You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
  • You should be able to take care of yourself (ECOG score 0-1).
  • You need to agree not to become pregnant or father a child during the study and for 6 months after the last dose.
