  • You are between 19 and 25 years old.
  • You speak English and have finished high school (or equivalent).
  • You feel lonely on a regular basis.
  • You can come to San Francisco for a weekly sauna session.
  • You do not have problems with heat (like heat intolerance).
  • You are willing to avoid nicotine, marijuana, alcohol, and heavy exercise around sauna times.
