Who can take part

  • You must have one of these cancers that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery: lung adenocarcinoma, kidney cancer (clear cell or papillary), ovarian cancer (endometrioid type), or uterine cancer (endometrioid type).
  • You must be able to take care of yourself and be up and about (ECOG performance status 0 or 1).
  • If you are able to become pregnant or father a child, you must use effective birth control and not donate eggs or sperm during the study and for 4 months after the last dose.
  • You must not have an active cancer in the brain unless it is stable and not causing symptoms.
  • You must not have had a serious heart condition in the last 6 months.
  • You must not have had a solid organ or stem cell transplant.
