- Your overall health and ability to perform daily activities meets a specific score (ECOG 0 or 1, meaning you can do most activities)
- You are willing to use two highly effective methods of birth control during the study and for 11–14 months after your last study drug dose
- You do not have active cancer in your brain or central nervous system
- You do not have a bleeding disorder or need anticoagulation that cannot be paused for procedures
