Who can take part
- You must have advanced non-small cell lung cancer, colorectal cancer, or head and neck squamous cell carcinoma that cannot be removed by surgery or has spread.
- If you have lung or colorectal cancer, your tumor must have been tested for certain gene changes (EGFR for lung, KRAS/NRAS/BRAF for colorectal).
- You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans (for the second part of the study).
- You must be able to perform daily activities with little or no help (ECOG 0 or 1).
- Your blood counts, kidney, and liver function must be within acceptable ranges.
- You cannot have had a history of lung inflammation (interstitial lung disease or pneumonitis) that required steroid treatment.
