  • You have been diagnosed with metastatic colorectal cancer (cancer that has spread).
  • You have received treatment with cetuximab, panitumumab, or bevacizumab (targeted therapy).
  • You had a blood sample taken before starting that treatment for this study.
  • You have had scans to measure how your tumor responded to treatment.
  • Your tumor has been tested for RAS and BRAF gene mutations.

This study looks at whether a blood test for tumor DNA (ctDNA) can predict how well immunotherapy works in people with advanced or locally advanced colorectal cancer that has specific genetic features (dMMR/MSI-H). If you qualify, the trial will monitor your ctDNA levels while you receive standard immunotherapy to see if changes in those levels can show early on if the treatment is working.
