  • You have already received first-line chemotherapy with FOLFOX or FOLFIRI.
  • You have stored blood samples taken before treatment that can be tested.
  • Your doctor has documented how your tumor responded to treatment (using scans or progression-free survival).
  • Your tumor has been tested for RAS and BRAF gene mutations.
