Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 45 years old.
- You have flexible flat feet, meaning your arch drops at least 10 mm and your foot makes an arch when you stand on your toes.
- You have not had treatment or used special shoe inserts for flat feet before.
- You have not had a lower leg or foot injury in the past 6 months.
- You are not pregnant and do not have serious health conditions like diabetes or nerve disorders.
