Foot stretch and exercise for young adults with flat feet

Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 35 years old.
  • You have flat feet (low arches) as confirmed by a test.
  • You are physically active (at least 150 minutes of moderate exercise or 75 minutes of vigorous exercise each week).
  • You have not had any leg or foot surgery in the past 6 months.
  • You have not had any leg or foot injury in the past 6 months.
  • You are willing to take part in the study over two days.
