  • You are 18 years or older.
  • Your heart ultrasound (echocardiogram) was done at a Kaiser Permanente Northern California medical center.
  • You do not have a known congenital heart disease (a heart problem you were born with).
  • You do not have a mechanical heart pump (ventricular assist device).
  • You had a complete, standard heart ultrasound (not a limited, stress, or transesophageal study).
