Who can take part

  • Be between 18 and 45 years old.
  • Weigh at least 50 kg (men) or 45 kg (women), with a body mass index (BMI) between 19 and 28.
  • Be willing to avoid pregnancy and use effective non-drug contraception for 28 days after the last dose.
  • Not smoke more than 5 cigarettes a day, and be willing to stop using any tobacco during the trial.
  • Have no allergies to the study drugs or conditions like asthma, allergic rhinitis, or eczema.
  • Not have any serious infections, surgeries, or recent participation in other drug trials.
