  • You are between 18 and 45 years old
  • You are in good overall health with no chronic or serious medical conditions
  • You have a healthy weight: women ≥45 kg, men ≥50 kg, with BMI between 19–26
  • You have no history of stomach, liver, or kidney problems that could affect how your body processes drugs
  • You are not allergic to multiple substances and have no known allergy to study drug components
  • You have not taken medications that interact with liver enzymes in the past 30 days
