Testing HRS-9813 for progressive pulmonary fibrosis

Who can take part

  • You are 21 or older (for PPF) or 45 or older (for IPF) and have a confirmed diagnosis of pulmonary fibrosis.
  • You have had a lung function test showing your FVC is at least 40% of normal and your DLCO is at least 25% of normal.
  • If you were taking nintedanib or pirfenidone, you either stopped at least 8 weeks ago or have been on a stable dose for at least 8 weeks.
  • You have not had a lung infection, a flare-up of your lung disease, or a hospitalization for heart or lung problems in the last 3 months.
  • You do not have severe emphysema, active tuberculosis, uncontrolled heart disease, or a history of lung transplant or certain cancers in the last 5 years.
