Who can take part

  • You have advanced colorectal cancer that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery.
  • Your tumor has a specific gene change called BRAF V600E.
  • You have not had any treatment for advanced disease, or your cancer came back more than 12 months after finishing adjuvant therapy.
  • You are between 18 and 80 years old and able to care for yourself (ECOG score 0-2).
  • You have at least one measurable tumor on scans, and you are not pregnant (if applicable).
