  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery.
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan.
  • You are able to take care of yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • You have recovered from side effects of previous cancer treatments.
  • You must agree to use effective birth control during the study.
