Who can take part

  • You must be 18 to 75 years old.
  • You must have advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) that has grown or spread after at least one previous treatment.
  • Your tumor must have a specific change in the MET gene (like a MET amplification or MET exon 14 skipping mutation).
  • You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan (CT or MRI).
  • You must be well enough to be up and about at least half the day (ECOG 0 or 1).
  • You cannot have active brain metastases (unless they have been treated and are stable) or other serious health problems like uncontrolled infections or heart disease.
