Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 45 years old (healthy volunteers) or 18 to 60 years old (if you have schizophrenia).
  • You weigh at least 50 kg (men) or 45 kg (women) and have a BMI between 18.5 and 26 (healthy) or up to 32 (if you have schizophrenia).
  • If you have schizophrenia, your symptoms must be stable and you must meet certain clinical scores.
  • You cannot have significant medical conditions, eye problems, or a history of fainting when standing up.
  • You cannot have used certain medications or supplements recently; for people with schizophrenia, some restrictions apply.
