Who can take part

  • You must be 18 or older.
  • You need to have a solid tumor cancer that has worsened after standard treatment.
  • You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan.
  • You must be willing to provide a tumor sample (fresh biopsy or a stored sample from a past surgery).
  • Your health status should be good enough to perform light activity (ECOG 0 or 1).
  • You cannot have untreated brain metastases, active autoimmune disease, or serious heart/lung problems.
