Who can take part

  • You must be 18 or older.
  • Your cancer must be advanced or recurrent and standard treatments either no longer work, you can't tolerate them, or none are available.
  • You need to have at least one tumor that can be measured or seen on scans.
  • You must be well enough to be up and about (ECOG score 0-1).
  • Your blood counts, liver, and kidney function must be within certain limits.
  • You must provide a tumor sample from a previous biopsy or a new one.
