Who can take part
- You are scheduled to have a total robotic hysterectomy (removal of the uterus with a robot), with or without removal of the ovaries and tubes.
- You have a benign (non-cancer) condition or endometrial cancer.
- You are 75 years old or younger.
- You have someone to stay with you at home the first night after surgery.
- You do not have severe endometriosis or a chronic pain condition requiring a special pain plan after surgery.
- You are not having other major surgery at the same time, like prolapse repair or lymph node removal.
