  • You have been diagnosed with frozen shoulder (Grade 1 or 2).
  • You are between 18 and 64 years old.
  • This is your first time getting physical therapy for this condition.
  • You can safely use a VR headset.
  • You have not had any shoulder surgery, fractures, or injections for this problem.
