Who can take part

  • You are over 18 years old
  • You have frozen shoulder on one side only
  • Your shoulder symptoms have lasted more than 3 months
  • You have shoulder pain
  • Your shoulder movement is noticeably limited (more than half reduced) in at least three movements like lifting the arm, bending it, or turning it inward/outward
  • You have not had prior surgery on that shoulder
