- You have been diagnosed with frozen shoulder by a doctor.
- Your shoulder movement is limited by at least 25% in two directions, and your external rotation is limited by at least 50%, compared to your healthy shoulder.
- Your shoulder pain and stiffness have lasted at least 2 months and are not getting better or are getting worse.
- You do not have any medical condition that prevents you from doing active shoulder exercises, such as a recent surgery, balance problems, or severe vision issues.
