Who can take part
- You are 16 years old or older.
- You were admitted to a major trauma centre in the UK after an accident that caused injuries to more than one part of your body.
- You have at least one broken limb (arm or leg) confirmed by an X-ray or scan.
- You can give your own consent to take part and can understand English well enough to answer questions (or are willing to use a translator).
- You join the study within 4 weeks of your injury.
- You do not have a prison sentence, are not homeless, and the broken bone was not caused by a disease or treated with amputation.
