15 versus 45 minute liver clamp in cancer surgery

Who can take part

  • You have a primary or secondary liver cancer diagnosis.
  • You are over 18 years old.
  • You are scheduled for surgery to remove part of your liver.
  • You are in fairly good health (WHO score 2 or less).
  • You do not have cirrhosis or significant liver damage.
  • This is your first liver surgery for cancer (no prior liver surgery, ablation, or chemoembolization).
