Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You must have been diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and had a stem cell transplant within the last 30 days (plus or minus 5 days).
  • Your leukemia must have one or more high-risk signs, like not responding to treatment, having very high white blood cells, or signs of disease before transplant.
  • You need to be recovered enough from past treatments, with manageable side effects.
  • Your major organs (like liver, kidneys, heart, and lungs) must be working well enough based on recent tests.
  • You cannot have severe graft-versus-host disease (GVHD), other cancers (unless treated), or serious heart, lung, or brain conditions.
