  • You are 65 years old or older
  • You can read and write in Turkish
  • You are able to handle daily activities on your own (like walking, bathing, dressing)
  • You have not had neck surgery or a neck injury in the past month
  • You do not have dementia, Alzheimer's, or other serious memory problems
