Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 40 years old
  • You can walk on your own without crutches, walkers, or other aids
  • You have not done yoga, Pilates, or similar body-awareness exercise in the past 6 months
  • You have no history of nerve disorders, inner-ear problems, or serious joint or bone conditions
  • You have not had spine or leg surgery, or a significant muscle or bone injury in the past 6 months
  • You are not pregnant and not taking medications that affect balance or movement
