  • You are a competitive swimmer training at least 10 hours a week
  • You have at least one year of experience in competitions organized by the Italian Swimming Federation
  • You have been doing resistance training for at least six months
  • You have had no injuries in the past six months
  • You have been training regularly without missing sessions
