  • You have been playing your sport regularly for at least 2 years
  • You are comfortable with fitness tests and exercise routines
  • You can attend all testing sessions without missing more than 7 days between visits
  • You have no current musculoskeletal injuries (sprains, strains, or joint pain) that would affect your performance
