Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have type 2 diabetes and are getting regular checkups for it.
  • You can read and fill out Chinese questionnaires by yourself.
  • You do not have a major mental health condition like schizophrenia or bipolar disorder.
  • You do not have serious memory problems or dementia.
  • You are not currently in the hospital or having a diabetic emergency.
