Who can take part
- You are 18 years old or older.
- You have type 2 diabetes with kidney damage (diabetic kidney disease).
- Your kidney disease is in stages 1–5, but you are not on dialysis.
- You do not have a severe mental health condition or memory problems that make it hard to answer a questionnaire.
- You can read and understand Mandarin or Taiwanese and are willing to fill out a short questionnaire.
