Mental health and social support in diabetic kidney disease

This study looks at how your mental health and the support you get from others affect your ability to manage your diabetes and kidney disease. You will fill out a questionnaire to help doctors understand these connections.

Who can take part

  • You are 18 years old or older.
  • You have type 2 diabetes with kidney damage (diabetic kidney disease).
  • Your kidney disease is in stages 1–5, but you are not on dialysis.
  • You do not have a severe mental health condition or memory problems that make it hard to answer a questionnaire.
  • You can read and understand Mandarin or Taiwanese and are willing to fill out a short questionnaire.
