Who can take part

  • You are an office worker who spends at least 30 hours a week at a desk.
  • You can walk 150 meters (about 1.5 football fields) without help.
  • You do not have any active injuries that need surgery or limit your movement.
  • You do not have a chronic illness like heart disease, lung disease, or diabetes.
  • You have not had major surgery in the last 6 months.
  • You do not have ongoing pain in your muscles or joints.
