  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You have been working in an office for at least the last year.
  • You are able to read and sign a consent form.
  • You have not had any surgery on your muscles, bones, or joints in the last 2 months.
  • You are not pregnant, do not have cancer, and do not have any long-term (chronic) health conditions.
