  • You must own a smartphone that can run apps.
  • You must be willing to volunteer and follow the program.
  • You cannot have any spine problems (like arthritis, nerve issues, or injury) that affect how your back moves.
  • In the last 6 months you have not had any injury to your spine.
  • You do not have vision or hearing issues that would make it hard to use the AI program.
  • You do not have a history of cancer that has spread to your spine.
