Who can take part

  • You must be between 3 and 50 years old when first diagnosed.
  • You must have a diagnosis of sonic hedgehog medulloblastoma (a type of brain tumor), confirmed by lab tests.
  • Your tumor must have come back, not responded to treatment, or gotten worse after standard therapy like radiation and chemotherapy.
  • You must have a sample of your tumor available for testing to check for the U1 mutation.
