Who can take part

  • You have medulloblastoma that has returned or worsened after standard therapy.
  • You are between 1 and 25 years old.
  • You have disease visible on MRI or in spinal fluid (cf-DNA positive).
  • You have adequate organ function (blood counts, kidney, liver, heart, and adrenal glands).
  • You have not had prior treatment with exactly the same chemotherapy combination tested here (BIT regimen).
