  • You are a woman aged 60 or older.
  • You are able to sign a consent form agreeing to participate.
  • You do not have a serious heart condition that makes exercise unsafe.
  • You are not pregnant.
  • You do not have severe memory or thinking problems (based on a simple test).
  • You have good enough vision to see and read.
