Who can take part
- You must have a confirmed diagnosis of either FCAS or MWS (not CINCA/NOMID).
- You need to have had at least 2 typical CAPS symptoms (like rash, fever, or joint pain) in the past.
- A genetic test must show you have a change (mutation) in the NLRP3 gene.
- You must be willing to stop your current anti-IL-1 treatment (if you take one) for the study.
- Your CAPS symptoms must be flaring up (active) during the screening period.
