Who can take part
- You have polyarticular JIA (arthritis affecting many joints).
- You still have moderate or high disease activity after being on your first TNFi medicine for at least 3 months.
- You are between 2 and 18 years old and weigh at least 22 pounds (10 kg).
- If you take steroids by mouth, the dose must be low and stable for at least 2 weeks before starting the study.
- You cannot have certain other conditions like systemic JIA, inflammatory bowel disease, psoriasis, active uveitis, or sacroiliitis.
- You cannot have taken more than one type of TNFi, or any non-TNFi biologic or JAK inhibitor before.
