Who can take part
- You are 18 or older
- You have lupus, Sjogren's syndrome, scleroderma, dermatomyositis, or ANCA vasculitis
- Your disease is not well controlled by at least two standard treatments, or you need a high dose of steroids (over 15 mg prednisone daily)
- Your overall health is good enough for daily activities (ECOG score 0 or 1)
- Your heart, lungs, kidneys, liver, and blood counts are within safe ranges
- You have not had CAR-T therapy before, and you do not have an active infection or certain viral infections
