Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 60 years old.
  • You have had low back pain for at least 12 weeks that is not caused by a specific injury or disease.
  • Your pain level is at least 3 out of 10 on a standard pain scale.
  • You are a beneficiary of the Mexican Institute of Social Security (IMSS) and receive care at a primary care clinic.
  • You have access to a smartphone or computer with internet and can read and understand Spanish.
  • You are not pregnant, have not had spine surgery in the last 6 months, and have no medical condition that would prevent safe exercise.
