  • You must be healthy and have had no recent muscle or bone injuries or illnesses (at least 8 months ago).
  • You must not have taken any sports supplements or medications for at least 6 months.
  • You must be a non-smoker.
  • You must be able to complete all parts of the study, including the game, measurements, and sample collection.
