Who can take part

  • You are pregnant with a single baby (not twins or more)
  • You have Type 2 diabetes, or were just diagnosed with it early in this pregnancy (before 14 weeks)
  • You are between 18 and 49 years old
  • You are less than 32 weeks pregnant
  • You can walk for at least 20 minutes at a time
