- Are a woman who has given birth to at least one child
- Have been diagnosed with a condition called diastasis recti (a separation of the belly muscles after pregnancy)

- Are not currently pregnant
- Do not have a hernia, serious muscle or bone problem, or a history of abdominal or pelvic surgery
