  • You are a woman who gave birth at least 7 days ago
  • You have been diagnosed with diastasis recti (abdominal muscle gap wider than 2.5 cm at belly button level)
  • You have had 2 or 3 vaginal deliveries (with or without episiotomy)
  • You are between 20 and 35 years old
  • Your BMI is below 30
